Cancellation

  •  You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to contact@faretokids.com from your registered email address. Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.

 

  • After confirmation of the cancellation request, Your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 days depends on the policy of your Bank.  You will be notified about cancellation of your order vide email.

 

  • We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such cancellation, You may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for refund the amount to your bank account

Return

      We follow "No Question Asked Return Policy" provided condition mentioned hereinbelow are fulfilled:-

  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the product has been delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

 

          How to request a return?

  • Please go to Contact Us to schedule a return for you at no additional cost.
  • Our Customer Service Team will get in touch with you for further process.
  • Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
  • We are currently providing pickup of your returned orders in 5400 pincodes for free of cost. 
  • if your pincode does not come under the said category, you have to Ship the item(s) to the address mentioned in contact us form through India Post Registered Parcel Mode only. Rest assure, we will refund the shipping amount borne by you.

 

         Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-2 days.

 

        Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take 4-7 daysbefore your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via contact form



          Exchanges (if applicable)

  •  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us through Contact Form. our customer care executive will help you in getting the product exchange. however, it has to be replaced within 7 days from the date of delivery.
